Full Flame Boiler Service

The reviews speak for themselves, but after the third visit from John over the past few years to resuscitate a very old (25 year+) Vaillant boiler, I feel compelled to add to them by saying that he must be one of the most professional and competent boiler engineers this side of the M25 - and beyond.

Called out in an emergency - middle of the Baltic week in December (snow, minus 5 etc) and serviced the entire boiler (including a new pump & new fan) within an hour, without rushing, and leaving once he was happy that the entire system was back to normal.

If you want to deal with a true expert on Vaillant boiler who won't rip you off, then do not even consider calling anyone else: use Full Flame!

John from Full Flame came at the time we had arranged and even sent me a text to confirm that he would do so. On arrival he was immediately very professional and explained to me every step of the thorough service he goes through. Checking the CO2 levels, and making sure that all my radiators were working. I needed a new valve which I ordered online from a local retailer and he was kind enough to fit that spare part. Nothing was forced on me. No pressure to buy random part's all steps of the process were totally transparent. Would I recommend FULL FLAME absolutely 100% I would. Its very nice these days to be happy with tradesmen that visit your home. But FULL FLAME are a huge step above some of their rivals.
