On 1st stepping through the door I was sceptical & nervous but now a year on its the best decision I ever made.
FCPC is a fantastic gym, so welcoming and staff are always happy to help. Never felt so comfortable in a gym environment. All staff, coaches & members are enthusiastic and dedicated to training. Can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Started coming here 3 weeks ago as part of the W2W programme and I love it.
As a new member I find that staff and members are very genuinely welcoming and friendly. There is no 'atmosphere.'
I've tried a couple of extra classes and have been welcomed despite being a total newbie.
Staff and coaches excel in their knowledge and constant encouragement. Members of FCPC are very lucky to have such a dedicated coaching team under one roof.

Stepping through the door of FCPC was the best thing I EVER did! I see it as somewhat akin to the magic costume shop in the kids cartoon Mr Benn, where you can walk in and basically become anything you want to be! The set up is great, the members are great, the staff are great … it is all great! There is a unique ambience in this place which always sets me up for a very positive day. Training there and meeting up with like-minded people is always the highlight of my day! Excellent coaching and top facilities to match.

Walked into this amazing place almost 5 years ago with a hint of trepidation that was soon put to ease. Started with the Muay Thai class and tried everything else soon after including the Marine Fit class. You will never train at a better facility or with a better group of people than here at FCPC. It isn't just a gym, it's a community, a family. A team. We have done so many charity fundraisers for local groups and families too. The atmosphere and vibe here is like nothing you will ever encounter anywhere else. I love the place so much I begged for a job here! It isn't just a gym...it's a second home, a sanctuary, a therapy session, a place to meet new people and learn new skills and have a laugh. No egos just like minded people wanting to train hard and forget everything else for an hour or two. 💙
