Courteous and cheerful staff or did 4 pirsing in one day they were very kind and very good I will come back to get some tattoos

Went two days ago to get my snake bites pierced. The piercer was so friendly and guiding. This was my third time going in for a piercing and they never disappoint :)

Lovely girl who works there did my nose piercing a month ago. Yesterday I came back to change my piercing with new ring what I bought. Girl wasmt there. A blue eyes guy rejected to change my piercing telling me they don't do that, specially not with piercing I brought. I asked for their ring piercing for nose and he said he doesn't have. OK, fine....what will I do now? His advice was "Change by yourself " 😂..." It's like earings, same piercing ". Well, I don't think so. I can't do by myself and they should let me know they will not change my piercing in the time I did it. Now I have to walk around looking for tattoo studio asking who will change my nose piercing. Answer will probably be "Go to place where you did piercing ". Not professional. Anyway....any advice who will change?

I was very excited to get a piercing because of their 2x25£ offer and because walks-in are welcomed as they said but apparently it’s not true. I came from another city just to go back home unhappy because they said they were fully booked, this behaviour is not very professional, you have an instagram account use it to let people know about those things!

Just got my 1st tattoo here today. Amazing service and such a great experience!
