NO SERVICE WITH ARROGANCE

Ordered a meal for delivery and was told it would take up to an hour which was fine. After an hour and a half no meal so called them and they said it would take about another 20 minutes and if I was not happy with that ,I could cancel. No explanation, no apology and obviously with such arrogance we cancelled.
