Boiler bust on a Sunday on the coldest day of the year so far. Called round loads of places, nobody working. One English firm offered to send someone out for £275 callout fee before any work was done, said they'd get back to me in 15 minutes. Thankfully they never did.
Gary saw a missed call from me, heard the desperate voicemail and called me back. Even though it was his son's birthday he came round after taking the lad to the cinema, fixed the problem for significantly less than the £275 callout fee mentioned above, was really friendly, supportive and informative and gave us loads of good options to consider for the future as the boiler it turns out is 32 years old so may not last for too many more years. An absolute gentleman and a proper tradesman!

I can't praise Gary enough for all the work he did for us.

He came out to us within a matter of hours after contacting him about our boiler not heating the radiators.

He had to replace the old water pump, which turn out to be a bigger job than first thought due to it being an old system.

Some of the radiators needed to be bled as well as some pipes due to an airlock, but he stayed for nearly 3 hours to make sure everything was working before he left.
The system is working better than it's ever done with the radiators hotter than before too.

Gary is a very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable worker.

The job was very well done and very reasonably priced for all the work that was carried out as well as time spent on the job.

I will definitely be contacting Gary again if any future jobs need done, and would highly recommend anyone to contact Gary for all plumbing & heating jobs.

We had to call Gary at 8.00pm due to a faulty and leaking combination boiler. He got back to us immediately and squeezed us in as an emergency. His standard of work was 5* and was able to source the problem quickly. Gary was professional and honest. He was also mindful of potential cost, so recommended the clean and reuse of one of the parts.
In summary, Gary replaced one part of our Worcester combination boiler, refurbished another, fixed the leak and gave sound advice and guidance. He completed the work in an hour.
I am more than happy to now use Gary as my 'go to' plumber for all jobs and future service.

After calling Aound 5 different plumbers in my area and not 1 got back to me Thankfully Gary did.I had a major leak from water tank in the roof space which left water pouring into my living room. Gary was very professional and explained everything to me and was able to get things sorted I was so relieved. Thankfully there are still good businesses around who can be trusted to come out when they say they will.

My Home gas boiler hadn't been serviced in donkey's years so I called FTG Heating. Gary arrived at exactly the time we had arranged. He serviced the boiler and then carefully explained to me the results of the boiler function tests that he had carried out. He charged me what I thought was a very reasonable fee. Gary is a very pleasant, easy to talk to and genuine guy. I'd highly recommend his service.
