first had a price of £900 then after i complained about the delay on the insurance job they inflated the price to £2200 and offered me a small discount

They only care about their own pocked

I am unhappy with the quality of workmanship, and care. My drivers door card is now scratched and dusty, pedals dirty and I did not even think to check the interior for damage. The bodywork needed a slight amount of work by a qualified panel beater, just a small correction was needed with a plastic dolly and planishing hammer but the line and flatness that was achieved was at a very poor level, so bad that my dad could do in his 90s with his wobbly hands . This work was not completed with any care, skill, or competence it was slap dash, perhaps the repair was done by a fist year apprentice, on his first day, and not checked. The paint and polish are acceptable and show some skill. I will need to correct the panel flatness faults myself or call in the dent man, pain finish to edge is very rough. Utterly disappointed.

The service provided to me on 3 different occasions has been consistently first class. Mark Storey ,my main point of contact is always helpful,considerate and prompt in all his dealings with me. The quality of the work on my car is exemplary- the car 9 months old- was returned as new and on time. Nothing is too much trouble . I have no hesitation recommending this firm.
