If you want to walk into a shop and be treated like family, then this is the shop for you. I cannot express how helpful, professional, kind and considerate the staff are. You walk in and your eyes are met with wonder at all the beautiful things that this shop holds. On Saturday I went into the shop at around 11am asking for a show piece football balloon for my grandson's 10th birthday to be made alongside other helium balloons. I needed them by 2pm the latest, to say that they met my needs is an understatement. This shop really is the Gem of Benfleet High Street, don't walk past it take a look inside you will not be disappointed with the quality of the goods, the politeness of the staff and the consideration shown to you as a customer. It is like going back in time where by you as the customer are treated with respect and courtesy. I love this shop and if a 10 star review was possible that is what I would award this shop and the staff.

Little Gem...
Happened to pop into this great little shop. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff. Family run business through the generations. Amazing variety of choices of cards and gifts and much much more. Great price ranges of good quality items, some unique as well. I will be a regular customer of this great little shop from now on.

A really lovely card shop, owned and operated by a nice couple who always go that extra mile. A huge range of cards, wrapping paper, gift bags, helium balloons and even some gifts for special occasions. The shop opens at 9.30am and if there’s no parking in the layby outside then there’s a couple of huge car parks around the back (via Richmond Avenue).

Only gave one star as not open said opens at 9 was there at 9.15 closed. The high road is really hard to park on however after a bit of driving around managed to park. Got to the door closed, as I had other errands couldn’t wait so off to find another card shop. Very disappointed as looks like a nice shop however no good if it doesn’t open at there advertised opening times. I found the shop on google said opens at 9 oh no it doesn’t
