Friary House Surgery

I have been with this surgery since 1986 and the Doctors that are there are great, polite, helpful, with a lovely 'bedside manner'. Only problem is that you have to get past the receptionists to see one! The telephone staff are helpful but some of the receptionists that 'man' the desk are rude, patronising and take out their personal issues on unsuspecting patients! Talk about 'God syndrome'!
