The Freshlook Team has been transforming clients homes across Surrey and South West London since 2017, but gained valuable real-world experience working for others prior to setting out on their own.

Not only that, undetected leaks will lead to bigger problems further on down the line if not dealt with properly.
We noticed there are a lot of low-quality installers out there who feel it's acceptable to do half a job, cut corners or try to rip off the unsuspecting customers, unfortunately this affects everyone.

The team had meticulous planning, worked flat out and paid great attention to detail. When we changed our mind as to what we wanted, there was no hesitation with the team adjusting their schedule and supplying materials.
They were tidy, clean, organised and all the team, who were excellent, were overseen by Peter constantly. All the team were highly skilled and also very good at solving problems that were found in our property.
Freshlook may not offer the cheapest quote, but in our experience, it will be honest with no unexpected hidden costs (which can be a huge issue), they will deliver as promised and the outcome will be a bathroom you are delighted to have, and more so they are proud to have installed.
