Fresh Car Valeting

Great service from the administrator & the app is easy to use however the service from the actual valet company I've been passed onto is poor with 3 rescheduled appointments. On each occasion they haven't turned up & I've had to query where they are, with shoddy excuses.

I'm not sure why there are so many positive reviews of car valeting since Fresh Car Valeting doesn't actually do any car valeting, their own terms and conditions make this very clear - "The Company does not provide Car Valeting Services and the Company is not a car valeting operator."

They just pass the work to the various franchisees they have signed up. They are a middle man - charging you more for the convenience but a bog standard service is what you'll get.

Their website vastly over estimates how much time will be spent on your vehicle. For example, their "Signature Valet" is "Up to four and a half hours" - you'd be lucky if even half that time was spent cleaning the car.


Their app and booking system is extremely convenient but the service doesn't match - effectively you're paying a premium for a pretty standard service and from someone that has an interest in making money from valeting but not sufficiently to start their own business.

Vidmantas did a full valet for me today, he came super early which I was really grateful for and did a fantastic job! He and his wife were very professional and courteous, and my car was left looking brand new! The rest of the team were great as well from booking to assisting with my other queries. I will be signing up for a car club subscription, thanks again!

What a great Company, from the friendly and efficient Eve at the office to hard working Jason at the "sharp end". I booked this job in on a Friday and it was completed to a very high standard on Monday. The Fresh van is self contained and comes with it's own power, water, etc. and the whole process is simple and without drama. Jason arrived on time and worked hard, bringing my 2009 Kia Sorento Titan 4x4 back to an "as new" state. He even got some old stains out of the boot carpet. I cannot adequately describe how pleased we were with the result, but my wife was querying why we wanted to sell the old car. The prices are seriously competitive in this market and we went for the "signature" valet, which I would highly recommend. This was our first use of Fresh, but I'm betting it won't be our last. Superb.
