5I love knowing it’s like ‘home from home’, Nancy has a lovely day- nice walks, playing with the other dogs, and then snuggling on the sofa with Jess.
Nancy has also boarded for two nights- I was not at all worried as I trust Jess Completely and she cares for all the dogs as if they are her own and is clearly 100% dedicated.
Nancy also had her first ever groom and Jess has done a beautiful job, and she put her at such ease she fell to sleep!!!
I also love the photo updates and Jess’ flexibility.

After having 2 terrible experiences with the last groomers, I found Jess and it’s honestly been the best experience and decision I made for our dog. Jess not only grooms our dog, we use all her services from walking, day care to holiday care for us. Coco absolutely loves her and Jess just has a way with her which as first time dog owners has been fantastic as coco was only around 6months old when she met Jess. I know as a family we can happily leave her in the care of Jess and know she’ll be absolutely fine Jess has fast become apart of cocos family! The time effort, understanding and patience that Jess has is just fantastic and it’s just what a dog needs whether it’s there first or 10th groom.

Would whole heartedly recommend Jess. Our dog Tilly is bonkers, and sometime a bit nervous, and she is always so excited to go to Jess. Jess has often helped us out last minute when we’ve been disorganised, or plans have changed. Best dog sitter around! Have also booked Tilly in for grooming and was so pleased with result. Some sort of magic as we find it a challenge to get her to let us groom her at home!
