We are delighted with our through floor fuly enclosed Harmony lift. It has transformed my wife's life. Freeway were efficient and the builders and engineers they sent were excellent. My wife can now safely transfer between first and ground floor when she is not able able to safely use the stairs which can still have handrails both sides forthe times she can still use stairs. We are future proofed because the lift can accommodate a wheelchair. The lift made by Terry lifts who have worked satisfactorily together for many years. i know because I asked Terry due to some negative feedback on line. Let me assure you I have no connection with Freeway or Terry. I am a retired quantity surveyor. Our lift Engineer has worked happily for Freeway for many years

My mum recently moved house and needed a stairlift in the new property. The surveyor took his time to understand Mum's needs and the lift was installed quickly.
The engineer Alan was polite and very tidy.

DO NOT USE. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Had to help elderly family member out by contacting them. They take advantage of people in need. They are extremely rude and provide a really bad service. Resulted in calling an ambulance for family member as they refused to send someone out for a repair on a hoist they just repaired a few months before and charged for.

Absolutely disgusting company overcharging for shabby workmanship avoid this company at all cost. Lie through their teeth avoid this company .
