Frantec provides professional person-centred care and support to disabled people age 18 years plus in their own home and communities.

We have a dedicated team of experienced Personal Support Workers who will work in partnership with you to maintain your independence, values, wishes and beliefs and support you to live the life you choose in your own home and community, whether you have a physical impairment, a learning difficulty, a neurological condition or you are an older person who has dementia.

We provide a Personal Support Worker who will be matched to your support needs, to live in your own home for one to three weeks’ placement at a time, providing 24/7 care and support and peace of mind.

We provide a full comprehensive training and support package to all our staff, with continued professional development. Frantec is committed to providing exemplary care and support to assist our clients to achieve their goals, exceed their limitations and broaden their horizons.
