They have been so professional, courteous, friendly understanding and helpful from start to finish.

The day of the funeral i was dreading, but rest assured all the staff were fantastic, guided us through every step, asking our input, nothing was too much trouble.

Very reasonable cost as well. I was pleasantly suprised after looking at other funeral directors costs how low the cost was.
I was initially thinking "you get what you pay for" the more it costs the better it will be", boy was I wrong.

I can not recommend the services of Franklin and Hawkins more highly. They have provided a personal, friendly service thought out the time they were caring for a very dear friend of mine who had passed. They made them selves available to me at any hour of the day or night with support, a truly lovely gesture. I was comforted to hear that they also say Good morning and goodnight to your loved one, this comforted me deeply.
