Cold chips with no colour to them no fish ready on cheese patty which was soggy.disgusting would never go back again.used to be a lovely chippy

Will never return again. Poor customer service. Used to be a really good Chippy. Overpriced and poor quality.

Dreadfull..quality seriously reduced. Not Frankies anymore...i would seriously avoid.

I was told that Frankies was good. I disagree. I asked for haddock but was told they don't do that. What they do is completely tasteless cod which is overcooked and therefore like leather. I asked for batter in a separate beg and one assistant agreed. The second one threw batter all over the meal, making the chips inedible to me and when I politely pointed out that I had been told I could have the batter in a bag she said, "I didn't hear that, " OK, followed by, "We can't do that." A few of the chips were edible; the rest I threw away. Never again.
