Dan was such an asset to our project (which turned out to be bigger than we first expected!) We ended up with quite a list of different needs and Dan has really helped us get the house ready for the other trades - we wouldn’t have been in this position if he hadn’t been so prepared to go over and above and adapt to the various things we needed including things like repairing brickwork, levelling floors, knocking through & filling in doorways. We’ll definitely be contacting Dan when we’re ready for the next phase of building work and we’ve recommended him to other people looking for a good reliable builder.

Taken us through the entire process step by step, we felt we had best interests looked after by Dan and his team. Any questions or concerns we had about the project were quickly answered and alleviated and as with any building project, plenty of surprises cropped up and were dealt with. Dan went out of his way to ensure our renovation work went as smoothly as possible and as quickly as possible, yet without sacrificing quality for speed. I couldn't recommend Frank Build enough, we already have more worked lined up.
