Viorela is a highly skilled seamstress with a strong work ethic. I contacted Francesca Design panic stricken 3 weeks ago, I had changed my Mother of the Groom outfit and had to wait several weeks for it to arrive late at my chosen bridal shop. I had two weeks to get alterations. I telephoned a couple of alteration companies, no availability or not enough time to do. Francesca Design calmed me down and reassured me it is possible within the time frame, bring dress in. Viorela is calm and empathetic, the back of my dress with an invisible zip and waist were altered to perfection- in 1 week!!!!!!! Outstanding customer service and reasonable price. I highly recommend Francesca Design for small and complicated alterations.

I am delighted to be able to give this 5 star review for Francesca Design. My daughter had her wedding dress made by Viorela and it was just beautiful! I had sketched the design of the dress and we had taken a sample of the chosen material with us to our first consultation. Viorela was very knowledgeable about the quantities of material required and we set about sourcing the necessary lining fabric etc.. From there, we simply let Viorela create the exact dress that my daughter had envisaged for her special day, advising us of what she was doing throughout the process. Viorela is highly skilled and a most pleasant and kind person with whom to do business. Needless to say, my daughter was greatly complimented on her outfit. In conclusion, I would have no hesitation in recommending Viorela for any type of sewing job whether big or small and I wish her well deserved continued success.
