Had online colour analysis done but was very disappointed. Typed me as a soft summer but my undertone is warm. When I queried it and asked for an explanation I got no response. Also, the report was very generic, seemed to be cut and pasted. Conversely, for half the price charged by Francesca, I received a very detailed explanation of my typing from an alternative online colour analysis provider when I queried why they had typed me as a light spring. They sent me a full report with photos of colours against my skin and offered a complementary alternative palette download if I still didn’t feel comfortable in the category they’d typed me as.

Totally AI generated- the whole report is a waste of money and has left me devastated after spending £250 for advice that was not applicable to me - including suggestions on belts and shoes ?! With no body pictures having been sent. The pictures I showed to people that had been sent to me looked like they were created in Paint. People actually couldn’t believe it and I feel very silly for believing what I had seen on social media and what is being claimed.

I dont have the words for how great Francesca is! The details that went into my report for my analysis was amazing! I'm really enjoying changing things up to work in my season. The colour palette alone for my make up has made such a massive difference! Thanks so much Francesca!

She assures you on social media that her responses are not automated or AI generated but she didn't even address me using my name in the response, or write anything that indicated she read anything I wrote about my personal context. The guide is so expensive and I still had to google parts of it, where it would have been so much more helpful to just include a picture. I think a diagnosis of your season and subseason is helpful, but I don't think I got very much extra benefit from the comprehensive package.

Very satisfied with my transformation package. I thought I was some sort of spring and I'm actually a true summer so it was definitely a huge help finding clothes in styles and colors that will be more flattering on me. If your in doubt of what to wear or what works best on your body it's money well spent! Thanks Francesca!
