Do not use for home moves. We also had some furniture damaged and they haven’t paid up for over a year now. Not even sure they have insurance due to this. It also appears the company occasionally phoenix’s itself (perhaps when it finds itself needing to pay out for damaged items).

Worst move ever!

Absolutely the worst move I have ever experienced (I’ve moved 12 times), with multiple damages, unprofessional service
aswell as the emotional distress caused by the entire experience. Despite my many emails and phone calls to Marie, still no response from Fowlers, six months later.

Getting the runaround

Fowlers moved us from Arnside to Cumbria earlier this year. On removal day the van they brought was too small and they struggled to get our belongings into the van, having to pile them high. As a result a wardrobe and table and chairs were damaged. As they have liability insurance we were confident this would be sorted, unfortunately we are still waiting 6 months later and we keep getting the run around. So we have referred this to the insurance ombudsman. Sad it has come to this.

Somehow thank you seems inadequate

In this endless world of everything ‘has to be done online’, it has been a pleasure to deal with Fowlers, who physically came out to see what needed to be moved, then delivered boxes and packing material, and arrived on removal day, all when they said they would, what a wonderful experience, and one we hope you will experience too, thank you the whole Fowlers family.
