Four Seasons

They let me down very badly gave me a quote and start day of the 6th. July . On the morning of start day got a text to say they were behind because of the weather and would be in touch in the evening to give me a new start date, they never did, tried phoning them on mobile no. but went straight to voice mail. eventually got through on land line number and was told they were having trouble getting materials, so asked if they could take my hedge out to start with they said yes if I still wanted the rest of the job doing so I agreed and said they would come on the following Friday they never did. tried phoning mobile and land line but straight to voice mail so I sent an email, 7 weeks later still no reply. They may well do a very good job but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

So rude and abusive and threatening when THEY hadn’t bother to turn up 🤬🤬🤬

Just had Tom and his lads cutting 4 very high trees down ..gosh!! They where quick ..no lazing about with thease chaps ..they get the job done ! ..thanks lads ...you work very hard ..

Did my Laurels all the lads very polite asking me exactly what I want done, tidied everywhere afterwards, 4 seasons highly recommended, thank you Tom, from Phil and Viv Ridgeway Ffordd Ffynnon.
