Quality service, and amazing team at Fosters.

The whole team are great, I called by to get my tyres checked not sure if they'd have time but Kate happily brought me into the reception while Aaron looked at the car, told me what it needed, how much and got it all sorted. Had the craic chatting with Kate while I waited. Such a lovely team with such quality service at actually reasonable prices. Rare to find not only a reliable service, bu...t a really nice team as well who wouldn't see you stuck. Can't recommend enough.

Emergency tyre replace

Hit a pothole and which caused punctured tyre. Contacted Fosters who had a mobile repair vehicle with me within the hour. Gerard have the tyre off and replaced within 15mins. Great service handled professionally and efficiently. Thanks for all your help Gerard very much appreciated!!!

Excellent service from “Stitch” from Fosters at The Cutts

I don’t often leave reviews but have to praise Stitch for his excellent customer service on Tuesday 25 March. He came to greet me before I had even parked and took me straight away to replace 2 front tyres. From start to finish he was professional and well mannered and kept me informed. More importantly he was confident and competent in his work and the job was done in no time at all! I didn’t even have to get out of the car to pay as the card machine was brought to me and he even guided me reversing out of the bay when I left.
I have been singing your praises to family and friends about the outstanding service I received and would recommend Fosters to everyone.
Thank you Stitch for making this a surprisingly positive experience for me - you could train a lot of retail staff in how to look after their customers!

Tyre change at the roadside

Had a flat tyre - split side-wall and no spare, stuck in a Belfast side street. A call to RAC, Fosters were on the case and arrived in around an hour. Harry the mechanic from Fosters sorted it out, wheel off, tyre change, back on the car and back on the road. Efficient and patient, a very professional job. I wouldn't want to make a habit of split tyres, but would be very happy to ask Fosters if it happens again.

Pothole tyre blow-out

Hit a pothole on 8/2/24 which blew two of my tyres on the nearside of my car. Called Foster's for an emergency call-out. Dan was with me within 40 minutes...and what a whirlwind of a fitter!! Had the wheels off in a flash, damaged tyres off in a flash...and the wheels back on again, with new tyres, within 10 minutes! Brilliant service! Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!
