I had two weeks to make a funeral tribute fitting for my father,i popped into this shop thinking i would be greeted with positivity and enthusiasm on my idea but after two visits and not being able to see the owner I left my details and number,I was not called back and visited the shop again where the young girl phoned her and it was very obvious she had no intention of taking my order,i had wasted a week with this florist and this caused me a lot if stress.I found another florist in hamilton whom I cannot recomend enough and she will be handling the mothers day orders this year and the birthdays and any other floral needs.
Avoid this florist as they obviously don't need the business :(

Ordered over £500 of flowers for my wedding. I requested burnt orange colour of roses with ivory!! Debbie made me bouquets, wands and button hole Flowers in pink roses which were withering and then tied them with Orange ribbon!!! She told me that flowers do not always turn out the same colour as they are a natural product and they are meant to wither.
Debbie was so abusive to that the lady who was with me doing my make up phoned Debbie to ask her if there was anyway this could be sorted!! Again the abuse started! The hotel I was staying at Dalziel parks manager telephone Debbie as she is contracted to provide flowers for the hotel but Debbie insisted that there was nothing wrong with the flowers and I had chosen this rose!!! Debbie informed the manager that the rose was orange because it has orange in its name!!! The manager explained that my colour theme was black / ivory with ORANGE favours , ORANGE flowers etc and the flowers appeared to be pink but Debbie would not accept this!!!
The hotel manager managed to arrange for the pink roses and the brown coloured petals from the ivory roses to be removed and get me an ivory bouquet then got a ivory button hole delivered to the groom . The hairstylist. Make up artist , bridesmaids and myself and my sister then had to pick off the worst of the pestles from the other bouquets and button hole flowers .
The flowers for the top table was then sorted in time for us returning to the hotel by the removal of the pink roses and replaced them with orange carnations . the dying pestles of the ivory roses again being taking away.
After my honeymoon I realised there is other reviews of similar experiences with Debbie who I think would benefit from some customers service training!!! I would NEVER trust this person with anything again as she refuses to accept any responsibility for the goods she provides !!! My wedding was destroyed thanks to Debbie and her nasty attitude about the faulty goods she had delivered to me on what was meant to be my special day!!!!! Still no apology has been given to me regarding this matter !!!!!!
