I spoke to a friendly chap on the phone who ordered my fence panels, posts, etc quickly and said they could be delivered the next day. The driver called me later that day to let me know what time he should be with me. The driver arrived as promised the next morning and delivered my goods to my front garden as requested. Great service!

Called to buy some materials for balustrade rails for decking, I had to call them 3 times after they said they'd get back to me with a price before I got one. Then when they delivered they hadn't cut the spindles to size, they did give me a discount but only after I'd phoned them to complain. Finally they hadn't included the inserts for the balustrade rail. At only £400 it was probably only a small order for them. I won't be using them again !!

Forestrall were very proffesional and helpfull in my log cabin project.
They helped us with all the measuring and layout ideas.
We would have been lost without their support.
