Badly managed.

Lovely bar staff who are really polite & always serve with a smile. Shame about the one who ‘manages’ the tribute acts. Arrogant as hell. Same goes for the one running the bar. Try & log a complaint to inform them of something & they don’t want to know unless it’s good feedback. Ignorance is bliss eh?. I would suggest being more open to opinions of the people paying your wages by drinking there & taking their views a little more serious!
