We our a small successful family run business and have 23 years experience working in the wood floor industry. Established in 1994, we specialize in providing quality workmanship to all our customers.

As a business based in the local area no job is too small.

Our aim is to offer assistance and guidance to suit customers individual requirements. We have the latest hi-tec sanding equipment and offer commercial grade polishes to all our customers, this is the key to a long lasting beautiful floor.

All varieties of wood floors and finishes are available, and a wide range of floor designs to choose from.

Here at Forest Flooring we have contemporary floors to hand crafted antique flooring.

Sanding and finishing is as important as fitting, we can sand existing floors and restore uneven and or badly sanded floors to make them presentable once again.

Stains are mixed from raw earth colour's to give that elegant look even on soft wood floors.

The wood stains are hand mixed and therefore the range of colour's available is infinite.

I had deserate dilema: "engineered wood flooring" pine base and 2 5mm oak over to sand and revsrnish. Varnish comany chosen could not advise because of potential to affect the laminate glue. B&Q uninterested in supporting own brand flooring or its customers. Considering trading standards as they say it can but not how much sanding, what glue was used nor what sort of varnish to use. Forest flooring were,so helpful, despite being unable to take job on. They get 5 stars from me.

Clive, sanded and polished, our wooden floor, we had been having problems under the window, clive discovered woodworm, not only did he treat it all he replaced all the wood, you can not even see were it was , excellent job, so pleased we had clive for the job, perfectionist, lovely to see someone who takes pride in their work, Thank you Clive. 100% perfection, so pleased

I enlisted the services of Forest Flooring, to sand and finish my very tired front room wood floor. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the price was excellent. The finish on the floor is beautiful, and has totally transformed the area. I’m extremely pleased with the result, and would thoroughly recommend them to complete any wood flooring project.

Beautiful renovation

When I read the reviews about floors being restored to brand new I didn't believe our battered engineered wooden floor could possibly be saved to that extent. After 15 years of hard wear and tear, it was destined for the tip. Then I thought it wouldn't hurt to make an enquiry and Carl assured me that he could make a vast improvement with the colour of my choice. The work was completed within the agreed timescale at the agreed price. When we arrived back home I was speechless. It did indeed look like a brand new floor and way way better that I had anticipated. A brilliant job. I hadn't gone as far as pricing up a replacement floor but I estimate my beautifully renovated floor cost me around a third of the price of a new one. It just makes sense and I have recommended Forest Flooring to everyone.
