Wow what can I say, I live across the road where you are installing an aerial now. I am very impressed. Really professional, just seeing this person work and in the rain, shows real commitment to doing a good job. When I need an aerial you are the first I will go to.

Faulty sky dish for the last 1 month and bad experience with Acorn (they had quick look at dish whilst standing on the driveway and said nowt wrong with it, fiddled with my sky box and charged me £20). For 2 weeks I had no Sky signal. I called Craig on 13/04/20. Told him the problem and he said he could come on 14/04/20. To fix misalignment is £45 and £65 for replacement LNB (& labour). I decided to change everything (dish, LNB and cabling) as original was 18yo. Replacement parts & labour cost £100. Craig arrived at 10am this morning!. He got on with the job. I gave him a cuppa and short bread biscuits. I am now getting perfect Sky signals. My mum can finally watch her Asian channels. BTW, he took down the old dish, which was covered in rust and LNB parts were exposed. Old cable was single co-axial. New cable is dual co-axial. Good chap with pleasant, chatty personality and grade-A work quality. Highly recommend. Craig is da man.

A great service, very professional, prompt and a reasonable price for an excellent job, even returned without hesitation when I thought one of the aerial points was not working, the TV just needed a re-tune which he graciously did, so thank you Craig!
