DON'T NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
brought a engine from them and the gasket was faulty spend £2400 to repair my car, now I have to wait for them to send another engine, which I have to now send more money to get the repairers to fix. They need to test out parts before selling it to people no consideration that customers have to spend money to get the work repair as well.

Where is my refund?

ordered an engine a month ago, sent the engine back as it was in poor shape, was told my refund had been processed 14 days later still have no refund, when on the phone getting the run around and feel like nothing is being done and that I have been robbed of £1,100, disgraceful

Avoid avoid avoid avoid! . Item we purchased is wrong, won’t refund money because we collected it ourselves. Absolute awful company. Agree with others who say you get passed around on the phone.

I bought engine from them and needed to return it back to them and get my money ,I was told to pay for the return which i did.
However, my refund was short charge by £57 for no obvious reason. When i called them the old man said it was delivery charge and it not refundable, though when i was buying the engine from1st choice there was nothing like non refundable delivery stated, l see this as mere stealing.

If you purchase an engine and then decide you don't want it because you made the mistake of ordering a bare engine and not a complete one then you are refunded for the price of the engine not the delivery as we explained because we were not at fault and have supplied exactly as requested.

Over priced for crashed parts

I can not believe how they stay open. Second hand parts from a crashed vehicle that cost double the price for new. Service is rubbish

Sorry we were unable to offer you Genuine used parts for next to nothing, the problem we have is that is costs money to purchase the cars we dismantle, pay staff to dismantle the parts and pay rent for the warehouse to store them in. As for our pricing, we try to be competitive but we also understand you can now buy many of the same parts from China brand new. Its not Genuine and in terms of quality you get what you pay for but maybe this might be the way you want to go? Thanks for your feedback !
