Absolutely terrible customer service and poor workmanship

Very poor quality of service broke more things on van then fix and that's after spending 2g and still having problems, don't trust and I now need to find yet more money to fix vehicles.

I can understand how you feel upset about the amount of money you've spent on your vehicle, suggesting we have broken more than we have fixed is totally untrue and any problems that have occurred we have repaired free of charge and always been professional. The fact that your turbocharger now needs replacing because of oil starvation which was caused by your original broken engine has no connection to the work we carried out, especially when you physically checked its condition yourself before we refitted it. A taxi of this age and mileage will always need ongoing maintenance and costs will always arise from this, it's unfair to suggest that we are responsible for these ongoing issues.
