Fone World

I Would STRONGLY recommend against using Fone World Poole due to their lack of customer care or service. Had to return 3 times for unresponsive screen repair which cost me £260 and included a 6 month warranty. On the 3rd time hairline cracks had appeared on the phone when it hadn't even been dropped then a few days later went completely unresponsive yet again upon returning i was met with hostility and told that it was my own accidental damage and wouldn't been covered under warranty.

Got my screen repaired at Fone world. Screen was put on not in line, my battery wouldn't last after the repair and the screen cracked again after a couple days. No help given when I went back in, he made out I was lying.

These two gentlemen are so very supportive when you have an issue with your phone ,they truly have customer service at the heart of their business.thank you so much .All work completed to a very high standard and swiftly

We my mother and i always go to foneworld in Poole because we have had good service every time i wouldn’ go anywhere else also the staff are always very pleasant.

I brought my girlfriends MacBook Air Pro here to be repaired after it wouldn't turn on one day, I attempted to swap the battery first in case that was the issue, it had a brand new 8000mAh battery installed when I took it in to be repaired, they weren't able to carry out the repair it needed so I started the return process for the battery on Amazon, when I got the MacBook home and opened it however my new battery wasn't there, but a very old 7200mAh one, guy in the shop told me they only took the back panel off tested it and saw that they couldn't repair it and closed it up again, a complete lie because I know the battery had all 5 pins in when I took it for repair, they only returned it with 3, I know for a fact they removed the battery. one pin was also missing from the back panel when they returned it to me, they don't look after your belongings.
