Needed my phone fixed as Apple stores were closed at the time. They fitted an alleged Apple certified screen that had a dark spot, I ignored this as I needed the phone. It began to lag & was unresponsive to touch. Went back, they offered to replace it with another Apple certified screen (i don't know if this is true, they didn't show me the certification this time). The man who fixed my phone asked for my cover. He put the cover on before handing it over, I didn't think much of this. A piece of what I assume was the protective rubber around the button was coming out the side, I told him about this & he told me it was nothing & ripped it off saying he can't open it as it will break the Touch ID. I arrived home & took the cover off to sanitise my phone to see that the screen is not properly adhered & the sides are not attached, no wonder he wanted the cover on. I feel disrespected. Thought they were nice people, but clearly not if they've given this kind of "service" to a paying customer
