Bad customer service
1Had my phone fixed 03/04/2021 and then came back to my home town Norwich, once coming back the screen stopped working and has a black dot. Came back today and refused to fix it excused me off dropping the phone when I haven’t. I am a key worker who needs there phone everyday and has completely made every phone company very bad.
