Ordered £80 of goods on 23rd Dec. Booked a slot to have that delivered between 2pm to 4pm on the 24th. They do not send progress of your order. The order was delivered at 6pm instead. Two packs of a same item did not come. Informed them and was asked to check again. The packs should be big enough so no chance I was going to not find them. Checked anyway and they were not in the delivery. Asked for a refund and was agreed. Today is 26th and the agreed refund is still not there. it was done using paypal so there should be no delay. Items and their prices are reasonable but customer service is clearly bad.
