I would highly recommend Andy. He has worked on developing confidence and building self esteem with my daughter over the past 6 months and there has been a vast improvement.
My daughter enjoys the sessions and Andy ensures each week they focus on what she wants to work on. She feels that the session benefits her every week.

Invaluable support and guidance

Our son (aged 8) has been seeing Andrew at Headway since August for help with his self-awareness, self-esteem and general anxiety. After a brief period of getting used to opening up to him and building a relationship (this was very brief as Andrew is so personable and warm) he really looks forward to every session and has made such noticeable improvements in his behaviour, ability to articulate what he his feeling and now has strategies to help prevent meltdowns developing to their previous level. His time with Andrew each week is one of the highlights of his weekly schedule and we couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you.

Headway really cares about your child professional and caring Andy has proved time and time again that he is the best when it comes to transition to high school I have know and worked with him for 7 years and have seen some incredible results from nervous unhappy child to a child that is growing in confidence and making friends. Thanks Andy for helping to make an incredible change to children's life's cannot recommend to highly so supportive really understands students

I've struggled with "photosensitivity" since I can remember although I assumed this was something everyone experienced and subsequently have tried to adapt when in situations that required focusing at a screen or read, where lighting was a bit brighter than I could deal with.

I took an Irlen test with Andy at Headway and realised the issues I had been experiencing could be easily fixed
The consultation was simple to do and Andy was very supportive and thoroughly explained each stage in the process.

I would absolutely recommend, this has been a hidden issue throughout my life and would have been a huge benefit if I had have had this done before/ in school.
