do not use as never deliver wen they say there going to never call back and wen u call them there not bothered at all but still charge you for next day delivery wen it takes 6days to turn up

I recently phoned for a price and confirmation of their specs for their 904 liner. The pleasant male I spoke with tried his best to help, but didn't know the thickness of their flues. A fairly basic question in this game. His colleague eventually disclosed that they're "1.2mm thick". I queried this, surely 0.12mm, as some industry suppliers offer thinner and inferior 0.1mm flue. If you sell this stuff all day long why not take a modicum of interest in the product specs - it isn't rocket science after all!

Also, there was no discount for local pick up (as I was passing nearby) for a £450 order that would have required delivery 120 miles away. Come on, why not be a little flexible, this would have saved your van/courier a 240 mile round trip - you'll pick up more business. I thought blow this and went elsewhere where the customer service was engaged/knowledgeable/flexible and above all, cheaper.

I phoned flue supplies to find out the length of some of their parts when fitted together and placed an order based on this information. Unfortunately these measurements were completely off so I had to return one of the parts and order another much longer piece. I asked that my return postage be covered (a measly £12) but this was refused, as apparently their expert technical team are there for 'advice only'. So essentially you can ask them questions about the products that they sell, but if their advice is wrong you'll be picking up the tab. Both parts arrived loose in a cardboard box with no wrapping; the second pipe was so badly scratched I re-sprayed it myself. When I phoned up to ask if you could re-spray a powder coated pipe I was spoken to like an idiot. All in all a very bad and stressful experience. My Hetas-registered installer said they were the worst and most expensive company he'd ever encountered.
