Flowerworks Ballymena

Ordered flowers to be delivered before 3pm was told this was no problem unfortunately the flowers were delivered to the wrong address the staff suggested I go and get them when I refused they offered to get them and offered to add more flowers to make up for their error .Obviously I was disappointed as the surprise element had gone and the 3pm delivery.had long passed but mistakes happen, however what was completely unacceptable was the attitude when the manager arrived NO APOLOGY! She then had the cheek to suggest I was getting more than I had paid for ( thanks my mother now knows the price) , she then said she didn’t like my attitude and she could take the flowers away ! The flowers also arrived without the gift card explaining who they were from . Absolutely the worst service I have ever received and truly a better attitude would have helped a bad situation but it just wasn’t there and unfortunately we were now 90 minutes after our 3pm request .

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day nothing arrived and tried to contact them all Saturday and Sunday finally got a reply after a few emails ! So nothing deliver and I was extremely disappointed!
Offered a full refund but nothing else poor communication and would not recommend them to anyone
