What a great experience we had today. My daughter and I came in for a number of things. The guy at the desk was so helpful. And pointed out things we hadn’t thought of. He even offered to open a package to let us see something we were unsure of. Will definitely be back.

I had ordered a Cupcake stand for over 100 cupcakes and it did not appear! called this store and although they did not have anything suitable they helped me make something!

Such a stressful day but the store was extremely helpful

Always used this store, however recently they have not been as helpful as they usually are and I was spoken to in a way that was not called for by someone.

I would urge anyone not to give this company your money. I have used this place for years for my wedding business. In the last year alone I have spent in excess of £2000. Last Friday I went in and purchased a canister of helium gas. It says you get 50 x 9” balloons from it. I arrived at the venue on sat eve ready to blow up the balloons for a birthday party. I blew up one then on the second balloon it only blew up half way and ran out of gas. I contacted the shop today and their customer service is appalling they are taking no responsibility for it. They obviously aren’t abreast to consumer act. They have refused to refund me so it’s leaving me no other option to take them to trading standards. Now the majority of the stuff they stock in their shop can be purchased from the range, dunelm, country basket etc I would urge everyone to shop in these places as their prices are very much matched if not less. Because if u ever have a problem as a customer you don’t matter to these thieves

Very friendly staff very helpful reasonable prices I have been going to this shop for quite a few years now and I have never had an issue with them they are quick and efficient
