The worst approach to customers I have ever seen!
Went there twice and twice I was firstly ignored and than told I can't have anything made as the girls working there are 'very busy'.

And guess what not even 5 minutes from my second Visit the very hard working girls were standing outside having a cigarette break.

I received a surprise delivery of flowers today from a friend following an operation on my throat.
The flowers I received looked thrown together and were very poorly presented and not of the standard that I would expect from an interflora florist.
As I have just had throat surgery I am finding it difficult to talk, so my Mother called Zoe's and asked to speak to the manager and the way in which she was spoken to was rude. There was to attempt to resolve our complaint and she was told that the flower display would have been chosen from a book and are exactly the same as the picture displayed, but upon looking at interflora flowers on the Zoes website, the bunch I received looked nothing at all like the picture displayed.
If you want flowers of sub standard quality, that look like they have been thrown together with no attention to detail or care and then be insulted by the manager when you call to complain then use this florist, but if I were you I would take a trip to your nearest petrol station or supermarket where you would get flowers of a much higher standard and quality.
