Very happy with my flowers

I’m really disappointed with this order. I chose these flowers carefully for my wife’s birthday based on the picture online. But when they arrived, there was a large chrysanthemum included, which was nothing like what I’d ordered. In our culture, chrysanthemums symbolise grief/death and are used for funerals, so this felt really insensitive. It completely ruined the mood for my wife's birthday. Not only did it look different from/much less aesthetically pleasing than the website photo, but it also showed a lack of cultural awareness.

Hi Manisha, thank you for contacting me and blaming me for not specifying that I don't want chrysanthemum when I placed the order. There was no chrysanthemum in the online picture though. Also, thanks for offering a collection of the large chrysanthemum the next day so I 'still have seasonal flowers but not including chrysanthemums'. NO.

My brother communicated with Manisha to organise the flowers for our Mam's funeral. From the beginning Manisha and her team were amazing. The flowers arrived bright and early for our Mam's final journey to the church. The flowers were perfect, beautiful and we felt very proud to celebrate our Mam's final journey.
