Kieran cut the bath panel crudely and effectively ruined the bath panel he was hired to fit (£70). He said he'd come back and supply and fit but he stopped responded and now seems to have blocked my number. He's not replied to texts, phone calls, emails, 1 letter. I'm left needing to purchase a second bath panel. I.'d paid him in full immediately. Very frustrating to fork out another £70 for a second bath panel when he simply broke the first one I'd paid for. He's new in business since Feb 2022 and I wanted to give him a chance. Sorry, but I need to warn others - not acceptable.

Kieran came and quoted for work at the beginning of August. We chatted with him for ages including about his family, background etc. seemed a nice guy and knew what he was doing. He provided a quote, which we accepted.
He needed paying for materials upfront - £139 so we transferred it to him. Didn’t hear back from him so assumed maybe he was on holiday. Sent a chaser email on 07 September. Another chaser sent 03 October where we offered that if he was no longer interested in the job to return our money and we’d find someone else. No response.
At the very same time we were experiencing issues, similar negative reviews were left on MyBuilder and Check a Trade. This young man has disappeared with a fair bit of money from numerous people since August 2022. Steer clear!!
Kieran has since been removed from MyBuilder. He has a full report against him and his business at Trading Standards. A police report. In the New Year we’ll also be taking this via the small claims court.

Came out to me the same day I called for a leak. Fixed the issue there and then and the house was left immaculate once they finished and! Very good price at the end! Highly recomend.
