We undertake new installation, refurbishment and maintenance of flooring in both the public housing and private sectors and have completed numerous projects in schools, colleges, universities, leisure centres and castles.

Our innovative 100% dust free sanding service uses a powerful extraction unit containing special wood dust filters inside the vacuum ensuring that all dust is contained within the machine allowing for cleaner and faster sanding.

domestic floor sanding

I usually hire the equipment and do it myself but it's a horrible dirty job so got some quotes to see if there was a big price difference. To be honest there isn't much in it by the time I hire the machine, sand paper, varnish etc. these guys gave a really reasonable quote, I have a whole 3 bed -semi to do but got one room first done to see what they were like. They did a great job, really happy with the floor, the machine they used was so much better and cleaner than the hire shop one.
I wouldn't do this sort of thing myself again after this, it's just not worth the hassle and the cost is very similar and better than my amateur attempts. They were nice friendly guys, patched up the floorboards, and didn't damage the recently skimmed and painted walls! Thanks, Jim, Cullercoats.
