Chris and James have done a fabulous job of sanding and refinishing our oak floor, which had to be done in stages so I was able to move the furniture. All mess was tidied away and there was very minimal dust and cleaning required afterwards.
Chris and James take real pride in their work, you can tell as the finish is immaculate and wasn’t rushed.
The flooring has been down for 6 years now and I can honestly say, it looks better now than it did when it was new. The wood was initially oiled but now has a beautiful light colour and lustre. We are so pleased with the result, thank you both!
We would highly recommend Floor Sanding Services, to anyone who is considering giving their wood floors a new lease of life.

I’d recommend Floor Sanding Service without hesitation. They offered superb service throughout. Chris visited the house prior to job, listened attentively to our wishes for the rooms and offered honest advice based on his extensive experience. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he communicated with us throughout the job. The work was done on time and it was all extremely clean with no sign of dust that we noticed. When a small crack appeared on one of the boards, I messages Chris for advice. Despite this repair taking place many months after the initial job, Chris promptly arranged to return and fix it for us. I’d definitely use this service again in future

Fantastic job from start to finish.

Chris and the team have just finished three rooms in my house and they have done a top class job. From start to finish they were very professional, tidy and informative. Chris advised me on which colour would best suit my boards and how it would look and I must say, he was right! The finished job is superb and it has transformed my hallway, living and dining room. I've had loads of positive comments from friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Top class job from start to finish, the outcome far out weighed our expectations.
We still have one floor to go but if it's anything like our living room we won't be disappointed.

I would highly recommend this company, they talk you through and keep you right through each stage, so there are no surprises.
First class service and outcome.
