Not reliable!

We used this company to carpet our living room and stairs last year . We arranged to then complete the rest of the house. We’ve been asking since last year.Starting with the kitchen. We have called the owner Reg every week to arrange dates. But they never get back to us...Very unprofessional. They have lost out on us. We wanted to get the whole house completed this year. Strange especially during the pandemic that they clearly don’t need the money.
Won’t be using them again. Even though they did do a great job. They are incapable of arranging anything.

Outstanding job

We had our old carpets replaced with grey oak laminated flooring to our lounge, dining room and hall. Regi at Floormasters advised us as to the best product and came to measure up that same evening.

Within a week the floor was laid. The fitters were very professional and laid the flooring to a high standard. All done within the day and they cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We highly recommend Floormasters for new flooring at a competitive price and will definitely use them again.

Great carpet fitters

Layed down some nice quality carpet for my stairs and landing and stairs leading upto loft. Good communication, polite and quick to fit carpet fitter, took old carpets and discarded carpet cuttings away. Reasonable price for carpet and fitting. I would definitely recommend.
