Works performed to very good standard

Used Flood Doctor due to restoration works required. They in turn appointed a team of decorators (Maciek and his amazing group) who were true professionals and masters of their craft. All things considered, I would not hesitate to recommend Flood Doctor in helping out during what can be a stressful period.

Flood doctor we’re fantastic. John was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We bought a four floor house full of mould (which we only found out when we moved in with our baby and toddler) and flood doctor removed all the mould, essentially gutted the property and gave us a lot of very good advice and help for the future. Highly recommend.

Waste of time

Asked Flood Doctor for an estimate as I have an insurance claim. They came over, took photos and measurements, said I'll have the quote in a few days but that never happened.
After two weeks of chasing them up they tell me they won't be providing me with a quote and cannot give me a reason.
Absolute waste of time, do not give these guys the time of day.

We were asked by our insurers to provide them with two quotes for the repair of our flat and Pawel's report just blew me away with the level of detail, and the price was also lower than his competitor.
Our flat was thoroughly dried and renovated in no time.
