Called up the salon and booked a slot for a consultation on my natural hair as I wanted it straightened. The stylist gave me good advice and I came in later on that week and they treated my hair straightened it and also gave me advice on what products I should maintain my hair with. Excellent service and after care.

I booked an appointment for my daughter to have her hair platted with a colour. That's what I thought I'd booked. I walked through the door everyone staring at me, sat down to wait. The lady told me I'd got the wrong hair and there was no way she would plat my daughters hair with or without the colour.
So we got up walk 50 meters down the road had my daughters hair done within a hour exactly as she wanted! And for £10 cheaper!
