Booked me in for next day (impressed) guy was really nice, polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommend and will use again next time.

Having communicated with a number of similar companies, I knew I was going to choose Flexiwaste as soon as we got talking. "Well, we'll see if it's a simple blockage after emptying the tank and, if it's not, I'll just nip back and grab the van with the jetting gear". There was no "Oooo, well that depends. It's a certain price up to this point, but more after" ambiguity.

Flexiwaste turned up the next day (a Saturday with no emergency fee) smiling, friendly, positive and got the job done.

I had no idea what the size of the job was and was offered the option of taking the extra 1000gallons before being hit with an unexpected bill.

The blockage was a bit tougher than expected and, as promised, he nipped back and grabbed the van.

We are now blockage free, with an empty tank, and will ONLY use Flexiwaste for our drainage woes in future. When you find a good service, you need look nowhere else.

This was the first time I used this company and of course it was the keen price that attracted me.

I had left it to late really for emptying the cesspool.
But was accommodated the next day, which was amazing, for such short notice.

Then when the driver arrived the next day, When I have oil delivered all I get is the constant moaning off the drivers saying how difficult it is to get on my drive.

No such thing off Flexiwastes driver, just a cheery smile and very warm and friendly greeting.

When we asked if he could make sure the sludge was removed, no problem.

A real pleasure to do business with and I shall definitely be using Flexiwaste again.

Our septic tank had filled with excessive rainwater and was blocking our drains. One call to Flexiwaste and they were onsite fixing the problem in a couple of hours. Brilliant service !
