As car buying isn't something we do regularly and relish doing, we saw what we wanted on the web, went to FCC, where we bought our Vectra from almost 10 years ago. Brilliant experience

Bought a car last year and sales staff were very helpful but not in your face. I told them what I wanted and they pointed me in the direction of the cars that I wanted and then they just left me to have a good look round, but when I needed help they were there straight away. Paperwork was completed in a matter of minutes and I was off. Went back to get mot done recently and just booked the service. The car is brilliant and have had no problems with it whatsoever.

I bought a car for my wife and kids. It failed within 24 hours. Their mechanics couldn't fix it, I ended up taking it to main dealer. Then failed with something else. They didn't mot it as promised. When I asked for a refund the director got aggressive and threatened me. Had to trade car in again after only 4 weeks of ownership. Lost thousands. Thanks!!
