Excellent and flexible care

We thought Flame Lily were generally excellent . Although our mum (who hated being told what to do and was very self-willed) did not get on with all the carers provided, Audry - the manager - was very persistent and patient in finding carers that worked. We ended up with carers that were lovely - very caring and conscientious.

There’s a big advantage to Flame Lily in that Audry takes a very personal interest in all her clients. She was amazingly flexible, sympathetic and human in her approach . She was very easy to talk to and work with whatever the problems were.

Our mother died peacefully at home with all of the family and with Caroline - her longest standing carer who really loved her and had a wonderful sense of humour . That she stayed happily at home was largely due to Flame Lily. We are very grateful to Audry and all the carers who worked with mum.

Oustanding Care

Flame Lily Carers Ltd have looked after our 93 year old mother for over two and a half years. Our mother had a serious fall and after that suffered from dimentia with Alzheirmer's. We wanted her to remain in her own home where she was happy and knew her surroundings and neighbours. The 24hour a day standard of care provided by the staff was second to none and we could not have asked for more. Our mother was so well looked after and her needs were accomodated. The patience and understanding of the staff members was exemplory. We have already recommended the services provided by FLC Ltd to other friends.

The majority of Carers were excellent, one or two were perhaps not suited to a client with dementia. Audry, herself was outstanding. All the carers were kind.
