Honest, trustworthy and reliable. Nigel took time to explain the technical details of the various issues within the house I'd been renovating for rental. He then explained best course of actions given the options open, we agreed a price and he did all the work on time and to a high standard. subsequently I'd a minor issue occur and he came round promptly to rectify at very short notice.

My oil boiler not working and he diagnosed the issue and repaired within 24 hours. Thoroughly recommend

Nothing is too much trouble

Nigel did a great job of fitting new burners to our boiler a couple of years ago. Then today we had a problem with an airlock after our tank was refilled. Without hesitation, he talked me through how to resolve the problem over the phone! A thoroughly decent guy who we would have no hesitation in recommending!
