Myself and my neighbours contacted FJ Lowery to replace the roof across our conjoined semi detached properties in Llanishen. The roof was the original 1925 slate roof with no underfelt so we knew it was time to replace the whole thing, and also the chimney had been leaking. FJ Lowery provided a reasonable estimate for the works compared to others but we both agreed we preferred Steve’s approach and had more confidence in him than others we had met. We weren’t disappointed. The work is of a very high standard, the chimney was completely repointed and sealed, and we have had no problems over the high winds of last winter. We’re both really pleased with the standard and were impressed with the attitude and tidyness of the boys while completing the job. I highly recommend FJ Lowery & Sons.
