I hired equipment from Fizz DJ Music store for a birthday party. I booked the equipment a few weeks in advance of the event. I found Roland to be very knowledgeable, thorough and took time to explain the equipment that he was providing on the day it was picked up. I was able to pick up the equipment the day before to avoid being rushed on the day of the event. He also contacted my chosen DJ and went through the equipment with him including connections etc. I was more than satisfied with the service.

V professional and helpful

I hired speakers, lights, mics from Roland at FizzDJ for a disco party. He couldn’t have provided better service - was professional, thorough and also so patient (I took videos of him giving instructions for each element so as to remember how to assemble and work them). The equipment was exactly what I needed (and I didn’t know what I needed!) - great sound and a fair price.

Brilliant service and great guys to deal with.

Arranged to DJ for a friend only to discover venue had no P.A system. Looked online and to be honest, chose Fizz first as they were nearest to me, living in Wandsworth. From first phone call with Roland, I knew I'd made the right decision. Friendly, knowledgeable and no baffling tec chat. Booked the right package for my venue and collected it on day of party. Met Roland. Lovely guy. All the kit was there and ready to go. Roland talked me through it all and showed me how to set it up and also showed me it was all working.
Everything worked perfectly on the night and no issues when returning. Deposit returned with no hassle, still all in signed & sealed envelope.
Would definitely recommend Fizz.
